Second degree burglary; sentence: five years imprisonment.

On June 14, 1976, Harold Taylor returned to his apartment from work and found that it had been burglarized and his stereo component was missing. The value of the missing stereo was estimated to be $704. Police investigated his complaint and lifted fingerprints from several items in the apartment.
