The parties were married twenty-two years and had two daughters before being divorced for incompatibility on May 3, 1974. By agreement incorporated in the judgment of divorce, the husband agreed to pay to the wife as alimony, support and maintenance the sum of $9,600 per year at the rate of $400 bi-monthly.
