This appeal by Jack Daniels, Charles Todd, and Drag Racing, Unlimited, Inc. (Dragstrip), from a decree granting injunctive relief to adjoining property owners, Ralph A. and Helen M. Chapuis, challenges the power of the court to regulate a business which admittedly creates a nuisance but is otherwise lawful. The basic issue is whether the trial Court erred in enjoining a business—permitting further operation only under restrictive conditions...
