Plaintiff instituted this action to recover damages for personal injuries, medical expenses, and loss of earnings all sustained when a safety rope, one end of which was attached around plaintiff's waist, the other end secured to an operating vehicle, broke causing plaintiff to fall some 30 feet. At the time of the accident plaintiff was attempting to remove a dead limb from a pine tree. Plaintiff alleges that the accident was caused by the negligence...
