An action was brought by plaintiff, John Kincl, the executor of the estate of Louis Kincl, deceased, against Hycel, Inc. (Hycel), the Edward Hospital District, Alfred R. Olley and three doctors: Felipe Serna, James V. Dunphy, and George G. Markarian. In his suit, plaintiff sought damages for personal injuries which eventually caused Louis Kincl's death allegedly resulting from the negligence...
