Judgment modified, on the law, by reversing the convictions of criminal trespass in the first degree, unlawful imprisonment in the first degree, menacing and assault in the third degree and the sentences imposed thereon and, as a matter of discretion in the interest of justice, the said counts are dismissed. As so modified, judgment affirmed.
