Fox, Carson Homes, Inc., and Carson City Lumber Company, which are firms owned by Fox, on a series of promissory notes and to enforce four mortgage notes pledged to secure these loans. The mortgages cover three tracts of real estate owned by Carson Homes and one owned by Lakeshore...
