This cause is before the court on appeal from the order of the State Personnel Board of Review, dated September 10, 1975. In that Order, the board dismissed the appeal of Mr. Chiero in which he claimed he was transferred to a new job which resulted in a reduction in position in his employment with the Bureau of Motor Vehicles.
