Appeal by plaintiffs James V. O'Kane and F. Kenneth Millhollen (collectively, O'Kane) from a judgment1 declaring defendant D. L. Hannifin (Hannifin) the owner of record title interest in U.S. Department of Interior Oil and Gas Lease No. NM 3620, by virtue of an assignment to Hannifin from defendant Brown Walker (Walker) dated June 18, 1974. We affirm.
