These are appeals from orders setting aside jury verdicts in favor of the plaintiffs and dismissing the complaint sua sponte for failure of the plaintiffs to disclose the existence of certain releases given by the individual plaintiffs to their employer, Israel Aircraft Industries, Ltd. (IAI). We affirm the orders to the extent that they set aside the jury verdicts but reverse insofar as they dismiss plaintiffs' complaint. We remand...
