This is an appeal of a judgment of the District Court in favor of the defendant-appellee, Huey P. McIntyre, Administrator of the Succession of Jean B. McIntyre, and against the plaintiff-appellant, Eugene Boasso, rejecting appellant's demand and dismissing his suit.
