Appellant, Vincent Giaise, does business as Big G. Stockyards. After a fire on August 26, 1974, in which he believed his records had been destroyed, he requested appellee, Raceland Stockyards, Inc., to send a duplicate bill for cattle purchased earlier that day at appellee's stockyard auction.
