Two general and six limited partners in Suitland Medical Arts Building, a Limited Partnership (Suitland), doubtless envisioned their proposed edifice as a joy in their youth and a support in old age. Unhappily, its completion brought only the "comfort of the miserable to have partners in their woes."1
