HUNTER, Justice.

The defendant-appellant, John Robert Lee, was charged with first degree murder. After a jury trial, the defendant was found guilty and sentenced to life imprisonment.

1. Whether the evidence is sufficient to support a first degree murder conviction;

2. The voluntariness of the defendant's confession; and
