Plaintiff originally sued Tac Amusement Company claiming workmen's compensation benefits for total and permanent disability, resulting from an accident which occurred on the job on October 25, 1971. He subsequently joined as a defendant Operator Sales, Inc., alternatively seeking the same benefits in the event that he was found to have been an employee of that company when the accident occurred.
