BOLIN, Judge.

Plaintiffs' son was killed when the car he was driving was struck by a state police vehicle. For his wrongful death plaintiffs sued the state trooper-driver of the patrol car, his employer, and the latter's insurer. The state trooper reconvened for his own injuries. The trial court found the accident resulted from the joint negligence of plaintiffs' son and the state trooper, and rejected the demands...
