The Circuit Court of Lowndes County affirmed an order of the Workmen's Compensation Commission holding that the claim of Geraldine Brown was barred by the one-year statute of limitations, and further holding that, except for her claim being barred, she was entitled to compensation benefits and medical services from F.W.
