Writ denied. There is no abuse of discretion in the trial judge's ruling. However, the trial judge is directed to excise from page seven of the statement of Jessie L. Ford, the name of the third party referred to therein before disclosing the statements to the defendant.

SANDERS, C.J., is of the opinion that a writ should be granted.
