MARCUS, Justice.

Tommy Ray Robinson was charged by bill of information with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, to-wit: Heroin, in violation of La.R.S. 40:966. After trial by jury, he was found guilty as charged and sentenced to serve four years at hard labor. On appeal, defendant relies on six assignments of error for reversal of his conviction and sentence.1
