This is an automobile negligence case. The plaintiff, Troy Pitts, was passenger and owner of a car driven by his wife, Lennis Pitts, which collided with a car driven by Johnny Wayne Hulsey. Mr. Pitts sued Mr. Hulsey for wantonness and simple negligence. Hulsey denied guilt of any wanton or negligent conduct and raised by way of defense Mrs. Pitts' contributory negligence.
