The Livingston Parish Grand Jury indicted Frankie L. Kinchen, Frederick J. Manchack, III, and Paul J. Starkey with the following: possession of marijuana in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:966(C); possession with intent to distribute cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(A)(1); and resisting arrest in violation of LSA-R.S. 14:108.
