HAIRE, Judge.

On this appeal the sole question raised is whether the state has a right of appeal to the juvenile judge from an order entered by a traffic referee disposing of a juvenile traffic offense. Here, after hearing, the juvenile referee had entered an order dismissing the charge against the juvenile.
