In February, 1966, the appellant, Diener Enterprises, Inc. (buyer), and the appellees, Gerald J. Miller, et al. (sellers), entered into negotiations for the sale of an I-1 (Light Industrial) zoned property. On 24 February 1966, the contract of sale was executed.
