HARRIS, Judge.

Appellant filed a pro se petition for writ of error coram nobis seeking to overturn his conviction on a charge of burglary committed in 1971 on a guilty plea. He was sentenced to imprisonment in the penitentiary for seventeen and one-half years on December 9,1974. He did not take a direct appeal to this Court from that conviction and sentence.
