Once again we must consider the proper application of the "boulevard law."1 In this instance the issue presented arises under Maryland Code (1957, 1970 Repl. Vol.) Art. 66 1/2, § 11-404 relative to "enter[ing] or cross[ing] a highway from a private road or driveway...." The most common application, however...
