PER CURIAM:
A jury convicted defendant Danny Hodges on two counts of knowingly and intentionally distributing marijuana in violation of 21 U.S.C. § 841(a)(1). The trial court sentenced him to four years' confinement on Count I, with a special parole term of two years, and to three years' probation on Count II, to run consecutively with the sentence in Count I.
