CHARLES CLARK, Circuit Judge:

We review three unreported Federal Power Commission (Commission) orders1 rejecting rate increase filings by Austral Oil Company and Amoco Production Company (petitioners) for the interstate sale of natural gas to Columbia Gas Transmission Corporation (Columbia). Finding the Commission's action to be a reasonable interpretation of its regulation implementing its "replacement contract policy," we affirm.
