The Grand Jury of Hale County returned two three-count indictments, charging each appellant with grand larceny, bringing stolen property into the State of Alabama, and buying, receiving, or concealing a 1966 Rambler station wagon. The appellants were tried jointly, and the jury found both of them guilty of bringing stolen property into the State as charged in count two of each indictment.
