JONES, Justice.

The defendant was convicted of murder, first degree, and sentenced to life imprisonment. The Court of Criminal Appeals reversed the judgment of conviction and remanded the cause for a new trial.

Upon preliminary consideration, this Court granted the State's petition for review by certiorari on a limited "conflict" ground, raising a procedural issue: Whether a claim of violation of constitutional rights in the selection of the petit jury
