LEMMON, Judge.

This is an appeal from the dismissal of plaintiff's suit for the reason stated in the judgment as follows: "After the court having had the above named suit on the docket for the fourth time and the plaintiff being absent, the court dismissed the suit of the plaintiff . . ." The judgment also stated that plaintiff's attorney was present. The record contains no minute entry or note of evidence as to the circumstances surrounding the dismissal. However...
