Floyd A. Hutchinson was charged by bill of information with simple burglary, in violation of La.R.S. 14:62. After moving unsuccessfully to suppress certain physical evidence, defendant entered a guilty plea, reserving his right to appeal the ruling of the district judge denying his motion to suppress.
