Plaintiffs filed this suit against Gentilly Dodge, Inc. (Gentilly) and its public liability insurer, Allstate Insurance Company,1 for damages sustained by them when their automobile was thrown against the railing of an elevated portion of Interstate Highway 10, in New Orleans while the car was being towed by a truck driven by Tommy Austin, an employee of Gentilly.
