Defendant pled guilty in magistrate court to various offenses and paid a substantial fine. Subsequently, he moved to set aside his guilty plea. The magistrate entered an order setting aside the guilty plea. Ultimately, the district court ordered dismissal of the magistrate court charges. The State appeals.
