The Circuit Court of Marshall County, Johnson, J., convicted James R. Corbin of the offense of burglary in the first degree on a plea of guilty and denied probation. Corbin appealed. The Court of Criminal Appeals Affirmed, without opinion, and denied an application for rehearing, without opinion. He then filed a petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Court of Criminal Appeals. The Writ was granted.
