Tidewater Terminals, Inc. appeals from a judgment of the Southern District which found it liable to plaintiff Atlantic & Great Lakes Steamship Corp. (AGL) for breach of a charter agreement between the two, under which Tidewater contracted to charter the M.V. Mary from AGL, the time-charter owner of the vessel.
