HOLMES, Judge.

This is an appeal by Samuel Lee Pace, the plaintiff below, from the Circuit Court of Jefferson County's denial of his Rule 60(b), ARCP, motion. The sole issue on appeal is the propriety of the trial court's ruling with regard to the motion. We affirm.
