Gardner, as trustees under the will of Harold Sanson, filed suit against the First National Bank of Arizona seeking instructions from the trial court as to the disposition of the assets of the trust. Harold Sanson died in Birmingham, Alabama, in 1933. His will, after leaving a life estate in trust for his wife, established trusts for the benefit of his two children—Florence Sanson Cabaniss...
