A judgment was signed ordering a preliminary injunction May 12, 1977, and notice of judgment was mailed May 12, 1977. Appellant made a motion for appeal on May 19, 1977, but did not file an appeal bond until June 7, 1977, which was not timely. LSA-C.C.P. Art. 3612.

Appellant was notified of our probable lack of jurisdiction and did not respond to our order to show cause why this appeal should not be dismissed.
