Plaintiff brought suit against Louisiana Power and Light Company, claiming damages arising from defendant having disconnected plaintiff's electrical service for a short period of time. The lower court granted defendant's motion for a summary judgment and dismissed plaintiff's suit. Plaintiff appeals and we affirm.
