Brannon, Jr., and Otis Thompson filed suit against Clara Odessa Martin and Gulf States Energy Corporation seeking to have an oil and gas lease dated November 20, 1973 from Clara Odessa Martin to Mary Linn Elliott, under which plaintiffs are claiming, to be in full force and effect.
