This is a suit to determine the constitutionality of Article 2324 and/or the reasonableness of a court reporter's fee for preparing a statement of facts. The City of Ingleside as appellant objected to the charges made by the court reporter (pursuant to Article 2324). A hearing was then requested by the court reporter, Martin A.
