Plaintiff-appellee Hanover Insurance Company recovered from defendant-appellant Puerto Rico Lighterage Company 95% of the stipulated damages to a U.S. Navy vessel entrusted to plaintiff's insured, Puerto Rico Drydock and Marine Terminals, Inc.
