Plaintiffs obtained an alternative writ of mandamus against the Public Employes' Retirement Board1 to require that it "Stop acting as trustee for any gubernatorial retirement funds paid by any governor or former governor after the date of December 7, 1972 and that gubernatorial benefits be computed on amounts actually received on or before the effective date of the repeal of the aforesaid gubernatorial retirement fund."...
