This is a damage suit arising out of an accident on a highway involving the operator of an automobile, a pedestrian and the doctrine of last clear chance. In his written reasons for judgment the trial judge found both the driver of the vehicle and the pedestrian negligent, but further found that the driver had the last clear chance to avoid the accident, and, because the motorist was uninsured, rendered judgment in favor of the pedestrian and her...
