Writ application of petitioners West and Saxton are denied. No merit in their applications.

Application of petitioner Paul K. Starr is granted; a contradictory hearing is ordered to determine whether defendant's rights as explained to him at time of underlying DWI conviction, and as to which court minutes indicate waiver, included the right to have an attorney represent him.
