Rose Subia (Subia) appeals from an adverse judgment following trial to the court. Subia, a Mexican American, brought this suit against her former employer, Colorado and Southern Railway Company (Company), alleging a violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. § 2000e, et seq.
