The only issue on this appeal from a final judgment of dissolution is the propriety of an award to the wife of a special equity in proceeds from the sale of the parties' home owned as tenants by the entireties.

The parties were married in 1969. There was ample evidence that the wife used money unconnected with the marriage to satisfy mortgages on the home and to pay for improvements thereto. The point of contention is whether these payments...
