The plaintiff recovered a verdict in this personal injury action and defendant appeals. We affirm.

Defendant's first assignment of error is that the trial court erred in denying defendant's motion for leave to join Peter Dukes as a third-party defendant pursuant to ORS 16.315(4)(a).
