PER CURIAM.

The trial court granted Sandra Newsome's motion to dismiss an information charging her with perjury by contradictory statements in violation of Section 837.021, Florida Statutes (1975). The state appeals. We reverse.

On October 10, 1975, Ms. Newsome voluntarily appeared at the state attorney's office where she testified under oath before Assistant State Attorney Webb. She stated that on the previous day Daniel McKeehan
