Plaintiffs Perry, Brown, Jordan, Keefe, Stroppel, Stump and Jowanna bring this action under sections 4 and 16 of the Clayton Act, 15 U.S.C. §§ 15 and 26, for injunctive relief and treble damages resulting from alleged violations of the federal antitrust laws by defendant Amerada Hess Corporation (Hess). The case is presently before the Court on the interim recommendations of United States Magistrate Joel M. Feldman....
